Staff Council work

The election of the current Staff Council took place in February 2021. The term of office runs from 2021-2024. A meeting with the Executive Board is held every quarter, and a coordination meeting with the HR department is scheduled every month. Appropriate jour fixe meetings are held twice a month to address current issues and deal with a wide range of activities, such as concluding service agreements or voting on new Covid 19 measures.

Cooperation

A central concern of the Staff Council is cooperation within the company. In particular, the Staff Council maintains a close exchange with the Representative Council for Severely Disabled Employees as the second elected body. In addition, it cooperates with the company's Equal Opportunity Officer on key issues and concerns.
